Barry Sheerman Signs Parliamentary Motion In Support of Renewable Energy Cashback Scheme

Barry Sheerman MP has signed a Parliamentary Motion calling on the Coalition Government to reassure companies across the country that it intends to proceed with a scheme to give householders cashback when they install systems to heat their homes using energy from renewable sources.
Barry Sheerman said: "An early announcement on plans for supporting renewable heat for homes, businesses and public buildings is vital to reassure industry and protect newly created green jobs in the Huddersfield Constituency. I will do all that I can to support the Renewable Heat Incentive and I will seek to raise this with the relevant minister as a matter of urgency."
